Ensuring the smooth operation and timely availability of our forklifts is our top priority. To maintain the optimal working condition of each unit, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted at the time of delivery or pick-up by both the client and our staff member.
Our rental options are designed to cater to various timeframes and usage needs:

1. Daily Rentals:
Available Monday through Thursday for a 24-hour period.
The rental period commences at the time of pickup or delivery and concludes 24 hours later, allowing for a total usage of 8 hours.
Any additional hours beyond the initial 8 will incur additional charges.

2. Weekend Special:
A special offer for Weekend Forklift Rentals, spanning 3 days for the price of 2.
Valid from Friday to Sunday, with the return scheduled on Monday morning at 9:00 am to avoid extra day charges or late fees.
The total usage is capped at 20 hours, encompassing the entire rental period.

3. Weekly Rentals:
Available Monday through Friday, with a rental period starting at the time of pickup or delivery.
Units must be returned by 4:00 pm on the 7th day to complete the 48-hour total usage period.
If the 7th day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the return deadline is extended to Monday at 9:00 am to prevent additional charges.

4. Monthly Rentals:
Offered Monday through Friday, with the rental period beginning at the time of pickup or delivery.
Units must be returned by 4:00 pm on the 30th day to complete the 216-hour total usage period.
In the case of the 30th day falling on a Saturday or Sunday, the return deadline is extended to Monday at 9:00 am to avoid extra day charges or late fees.

Delivery and Pickup Services:
We facilitate Delivery and Pickup Services between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please be advised that appointment slots for delivery or pickup are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the provided times are estimates for arrival.

Customer Returns:
For all Customer Returns, it is imperative to have the unit back at our warehouse no later than 4:00 pm. Kindly communicate with our warehouse team to specify the exact return time. Please note that an Overtime Fee of $30.00 will be applicable for each hour beyond 4:00 pm or the agreed-upon return time.

Forklift Operation Requirements:
A valid license is mandatory for operating a forklift, as per OSHA regulations. Additionally, the operator, whether yourself or an employee, must be certified to handle a forklift, and you are required to provide explicit authorization for their operation. An OSHA license number is a prerequisite for scheduling a rental.

Payment Terms:
To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of scheduling the rental. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this payment policy.

Disclaimer:
Rental cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations made thereafter will incur a cancellation fee of $100.00. In the event of cancellation, the Client authorizes the Company to charge the provided Credit/Debit Card for any outstanding amounts, including but not limited to additional rental fees, late fees, damages, or additional hours used.

Additional Charges:
Charges for daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rentals are contingent on the time the unit is in possession and the hours used. Any unit returned after the agreed return date is subject to an additional day charge. Units returned with usage exceeding the allotted hours will incur additional charges billed in 4-hour increments: 1 to 4 hours over result in a half-day charge, 5 to 8 hours over incur a full-day charge, and subsequent increments thereafter.

Responsibility for Damage:
Clients assume responsibility for any damage resulting from improper use or neglect. Comprehensive user manuals and safety guides are provided with each unit. Clients and/or their designated operators are required to read, comprehend, and adhere to the proper usage and safety procedures outlined in the manuals. Only OSHA-trained and certified operators are authorized to operate the unit.
